A positive experience for La Linea Verde’s first time at PLMA
La Linea Verde, the Italian leader in fresh-cut and fresh ready meals, took part in the exhibition PLMA for the first time. The management team of La Linea Verde had interesting meetings with international buyers from European retail chains.
New products from La Linea Verde were presented on the stand and the visitors were invited to taste the company’s fresh soups. La Linea Verde’s products, in particular fresh soups, fresh salads in bowls and the just launched cold-pressed beverages, aroused great interest among the visitors. The company, with an experience of 25 years in fresh-cut and 10 years in fresh ready meals, has always offered fresh, high-quality, veggie and genuine products, all in line with the last upward trends.
The company offers standard and organic products under its own brand DimmidiSì and is also a reliable co-packer for large-scale retailers. With a turnover of 225 million euros in 2016, the company is performing very well in foreign markets. As a matter of fact, in 2016, 35% of La Linea Verde’s sales were generated in foreign markets, thanks both to export activities from Italy and the performance of the Spanish branch Vegetales Línea Verde Navarra.
